What the class feels like

Live Coaching Labs
Five days of live, high-energy coaching labs where you practice tools in real conversations, not just in a workbook.

Small-Group Breakouts
Small-group breakouts that expose blind spots, sharpen your instincts, and give you language you can take straight back to your Org.

Daily Field Challenges
Daily field challenges that ask you to try one tool with real people on your base, then bring the results back to the room.
The transformation you
walk away with
Common Leadership Language
A common leadership language (5 Voices, Sherpa Code, and simple visual tools) that your whole Org can use to talk about trust, ownership, and performance.
Practical Blueprint
A practical blueprint for running development through your Private Org, so professional growth, connection, and shared ownership become the default—not extra work on your shoulders.
More Margin and Momentum
More margin and momentum: a team that "gets it," volunteers who step up, and an Org that feels vibrant and resilient instead of dependent on you to keep it alive.

Every aircraft, vehicle, and weapon system has a maintenance schedule—and your human weapon system should too.
Trusted across the Military
Military Sherpa tools and philosophy are already shaping leaders and teams across the Force—not just in isolated pockets.

The transformation for you and your Org
When you step into this partnership, you are not just filling a free seat—you are changing the way your Private Org runs. You become the in-house guide who can turn "optional" membership into something Airmen actively protect on their calendar.
Your meetings shift from admin and fundraising talk to real development, shared language, and clear next steps.
Your membership base grows more diverse and engaged because people see obvious value in showing up.
Your leadership bench deepens as more members step up with ownership, initiative, and the tools to lead well.
Your Org starts to run on momentum instead of your personal effort, so you can lead with margin, not exhaustion.
Frequently Asked Questions
There is no cost and no catch. A donation of one Military Sherpa Coaching Certification seat will be given to your Private Org for one member of your Executive Committee to attend a training week of your choice.
The certification itself is a five-day course. After that, you can stay plugged in through one live monthly session and optional community support. You are not required to attend everything. You use what makes sense for your Org.
This is designed to reduce the amount you're carrying, not add to it. Instead of rebuilding content, chasing participation, and fixing gaps, you're given a system you can plug into and use immediately.
That's exactly the problem this is built to solve. You're not given more rules to enforce. You're given tools and structure that make participation more natural, so people choose to show up and engage.
After certification, you'll run one of our many turnkey professional development sessions for your members using the Military Sherpa tools and language. And you can also offer our Leadership at Altitude as a monthly PD led by the Military Sherpa team.
This is for Private Org leaders who put in a lot of effort into making their organization matter and want a clear way to turn that effort into visible impact. It's a fit if you are trying to build a healthy, high-value organization that people are excited to join, with strong membership, natural volunteering, and professional development that flows through your existing events.
You can stop at any time. There is no contract, no obligation, and no requirement to continue. You keep any certification seats you've already received.
This is not about quick fixes or forcing participation. Over time, most leaders see: less dependency on a few individuals, more consistent participation, clearer communication inside the team, and development becoming part of the Org's normal rhythm.
It means you have a clear system, language, and set of tools you can use inside your Org to run development, improve communication, and build shared ownership across your team. You're not bringing in outside help. You're building that capability inside your Org.
